According to studies, the administration obtained complaints that these private schools in Noida have been misusing provisions in the regulation on quotas meant for poor and socially backward individuals. Lotus Valley International, DPS and Visva Bharati are among the many 33 schools which were issued a notice for violating the RTE norm.
