A complete of 259 roads, together with 5 nationwide highways, are closed for vehicular site visitors in Himachal Pradesh following snow and rain in latest days with the native MeT workplace cautioning of recent disturbance affecting the state.
“A fresh western disturbance is likely to affect the western himalayan region from Monday while another such disturbance would affect the region from the night of Wednesday,” the MeT workplace on Sunday mentioned.
The MeT workplace additionally predicted rain and snow at remoted locations on excessive hills on Monday and Tuesday and moist spell within the state from Thursday onwards.
