New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Varun Gandhi on Sunday took to Twitter saying that there’s an try to make use of the Lakhimpur Violence to create faultlines between Hindu and Sikh communities. 

Varun Gandhi on his official Twitter deal with writes, “An try to show Lakhimpur Kheri into a Hindu vs Sikh battle is being made. Not only is this an immoral & false narrative, but it is also dangerous to create these fault-lines & reopen wounds that have taken a generation to heal. We must not put petty political gains above national unity.”

Earlier on Thursday, the BJP MP Varun Gandhi from Pilibhit constituency in Uttar Pradesh posted a video of two automobiles working over the group of anti-farm legal guidelines protesters at Lakhimpur Kheri. He additional demanded accountability and justice for the harmless civilian lives misplaced within the Lakhimpur Kheri incident.

“The video is crystal clear. Protestors cannot be silenced through murder. There has to be accountability for the innocent blood of farmers that has been spilled and justice must be delivered before a message of arrogance and cruelty enters the minds of every farmer,” he tweeted on Thursday.

Hours after the chief posted the video, the BJP dropped the names of Varun Gandhi together with Maneka Gandhi from the 80 member National Executive record.

Farmer leaders alleged that Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Misra’s son was in one of many SUVs which allegedly ran over the protesters.
