Actress Rashmika Mandanna Preparing For Her Big Bollywood Debut Opposite Sidharth Malhotra In Mission Majnu Spotted Leaving Mumbai

New Delhi: South Indian actress Rashmika Mandanna won millions of hearts when she made her acting debut with the 2016 Kannada film ‘Kirik Party’. Following this, she starred in two commercially successful films in the year 2017 – ‘Anjani Putra’ opposite Puneeth Rajkumar and ‘Chamak’. Rashmika gained recognition when she starred opposite Vijay Deverakonda in the 2018 romcom ‘Geetha Govindam’. The actress then starred in several others movies including ‘Dear Comrade’, ‘Devadas’, ‘Bheeshma’ and others.

After her co-star Vijay Deverakonda, Rashmika is also all set to make her debut in Bollywood with ‘Mission Majnu’. She is currently preparing for her big Bollywood debut alongside Sidharth Malhotra. She has spent two weeks in Mumbai preparing for her role and flew back to Hyderabad last night.

A source close to the actress revealed, “Rashmika was in Mumbai for about 2 weeks, taking workshops and doing readings for her Bollywood debut film ‘Mission Majnu’.”

“Rashmika absolutely loved Mumbai, and can’t wait to visit again”, added the source.

Rashmika was spotted last night in a white outfit as she got clicked at both Mumbai and Hyderabad. The ‘Dear Comrade’ actress was all smiles and indulging in banter with the photographers. She opted for a white textured kurta paired with matching palazzos and a dupatta wrapped around her neck to complete the look.

Other than ‘Mission Majnu’, Rashmika will also be seen staring in ‘Pogaru’, ‘Sultan’, ‘Pushpa’ and ‘Aadaalloo Meeku Johaarlu’ reportedly. The actress began dating her co-star Rakshit Shetty and the couple got engaged in the year 2017. Citing compatibility issues, they, however, mutually broke off their engagement in 2018.
