New Delhi: Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor left for his heavenly abode last year on April 30 after fighting a two-year-long battle with leukaemia. After undergoing treatment in New York for a year, the ‘Mulk’ actor passed away in Mumbai leaving everyone teary-eyed. Rishi Kapoor is survived with his wife Neetu Kapoor, son Ranbir Kapoor and daughter Riddhima Sahni Kapoor.

Today, on the occasion of Rishi and Neetu Kapoor’s 41st anniversary, the ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’ actress took to her social media remembering her late husband. She shared a video comprising of all their special moments together from their wedding and all the movies they did together. Sharing the video, Neetu wrote, “Justttt💔 Would have been 41 years today 🌸”.

Recently, Neetu also shared a post revealing what the year 2020 was like for her. She wrote while sharing, “2020 was quite a roller coaster!!! When YOU left I felt like a deer caught in the headlights not knowing where to go … #jjj was cathartic at that time as it gave me something to look forward to !!! Then Covid happened 🤦‍♀️ I could have never gone thru so much without my cuties ❤️❤️ thank you both for holding on #RnR #jugjuggjeeyo 🥰”.

Also, on December 18 last year, the ‘Love Aaj Kal’ actress shared a post on her social media revealing that the day marks Rishi Kapoor’s 50th anniversary in the Hindi film industry as in 1970, ‘Mera Naam Joker’ released on December 18. She wrote while sharing, “Mera naam joker released on 18th dec. 1970 .. today would have been his 50 years in the indian film industry #rishikapoor💕🌸”

On the professional front, Neetu Kapoor will be next seen starring in ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’ alongside Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani.
