Markets regulator Sebi has given its nod for the proposed initial public offerings of four companies — BIBA Fashions Ltd, Keystone Realtors Ltd, Plaza Wires Ltd and Hemani Industries Ltd. These companies have acquired their respective statement letters from Sebi, in accordance to an replace on the regulator’s web site as on October 14.
In Sebi’s parlance, issuance of the statement letter implies the go-ahead from the regulator for the proposed IPO. In June, Rustomjee group firm Keystone Realtors filed preliminary papers to increase Rs 850 crore by an IPO. It consists of a contemporary problem of fairness shares aggregating up to Rs 700 crore and an OFS value Rs 150 crore by promoters, in accordance to the DRHP. Agrochemical producer Hemani Industries Ltd filed the DRHP to increase Rs 2,000 crore by an initial share sale in March.
The IPO contains a contemporary problem of fairness shares aggregating up to Rs 500 crore and an OFS of fairness shares value up to Rs 1,500 crore by its promoters. In May, Plaza Wires filed the DRHP for the share sale involving a contemporary problem of 1,64,52,000 fairness shares. The Delhi-based firm is into the enterprise of producing, advertising and promoting wires, aluminum cables and fast-moving electrical items.
