Paytm begins the power ‘Cancel Protect’ at a premium of Rs 149 for flight tickets and Rs 25 for bus tickets
One97 Communications Ltd (OCL), which owns the model Paytm, on Wednesday stated it has launched a facility ‘Cancel Protect’, beneath which customers can shield themselves in opposition to cancellation expenses levied by airways or bus operators. It begins at a premium of Rs 149 for flight tickets and Rs 25 for bus tickets.
“The buyer can declare a 100 per cent refund with ‘Cancel Protect’ for journeys which can be cancelled by way of Paytm no less than 24 hours earlier than the scheduled departure time for flights and no less than 4 hours earlier than the scheduled departure time for buses. With ‘Cancel Protect’, there is no such thing as a cap on the refund quantity and the fare is credited immediately into the supply account upon cancellation,” Paytm said in a statement.
It said customers can purchase ‘Cancel Protect’, starting at a premium of Rs 149 for flight tickets and Rs 25 for bus tickets.
