Bidar (Karnataka), Feb 28 (IANS) A 22-year-old MBBS student dedicated suicide by leaping off a seven-storey building in Bidar district of Karnataka on Tuesday. The deceased has been recognized as Srirama Kadagi.
According to police, Srirama was a final-year drugs student on the Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences (BRIMS). He was residing on the BRIMS hostel and dedicated suicide within the morning.
Police clarify that Srirama hailed from Chitaguppa taluk of Bidar district. He was dejected and below melancholy after the death of his father. Srirama was the topper within the school.
More particulars of the case are but to emerge. New Town police are recording the statements of his hostel mates, buddies and academics. The investigation is on.
