Adani row: The Supreme Court of India set up an expert committee on points arising out of the Hindenburg report. SC was in the present day (March 2) listening to petitions pertaining to Hindenburg report together with on structure of the committee regarding regulatory mechanisms to guard the traders.
Retired decide Justice AM Sapre will head the committee. Also, Supreme Court directed the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to analyze whether or not there was a violation of Section 19 of SEBI guidelines, whether or not there was any manipulation of inventory costs.
The apex courtroom directed SEBI to conduct an investigation inside two months and submit a standing report.
