Karnataka Chief minister Basavaraj Bommai mentioned on Thursday that it has been the Congress` custom.”Since the start, the Congress Party has been arranging the gang by paying Rs 500 per individual and now the reality has come out.

In the purported video, Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah is seen chatting with KPCC Working President Satish Jarkiholi, MLA Laxmi Hebbalkar, MLC Channaraj Hattiholi, Congress Belagavi Rural District President Vinay Navalgatti, former MLA N H Konreddy and others making an announcement at Pant Balekundri in Belagavi on Wednesday.
