‘I Love Manish Sisodia’ Poster Case: Delhi Police To Question School Principal | India News


New Delhi: The Delhi Police will query the principal and the administration committee coordinator of a authorities college over a poster pasted at its primary gate supporting former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia following his arrest, officers stated on Sunday. An FIR was registered towards college administration committee coordinator Gazala for allegedly pasting the poster supporting Sisodia.

Sisodia was arrested by the CBI in reference to the liquor coverage rip-off case on Sunday final. He resigned from the Cabinet on Tuesday. “As part of the investigation, we will question both the school principal and its management committee coordinator. They will be questioned related to the incident and bound down in connection with the case,” a senior police officer stated.

The grievance despatched by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) concerning alleged misuse of images of kids by some leaders may even be probed alongside, he stated. The grievance to NCPCR was made by BJP MP Manoj Tiwari. Reacting to the NCPCR motion on Tiwari’s grievance, AAP nationwide spokesperson Saurabh Bharadwaj stated it was Manoj Tiwari who sang the track ‘Baby beer peeke naache’ and if somebody goes via the lyrics they may perceive how disgraceful they’re.

“How are youngsters presupposed to react to such form of songs? Why did not the panel take motion towards that? Before the Gujarat elections, the prime minister visited the state and clicked photos in a faux classroom. Won’t that affect the mindset of the kids? Won’t they perceive that their prime minister has been constructing faux school rooms for pictures.

“The NCPCR’s job is to act on injustice against children. There are several instances across the country where children have been getting sexually exploited every day. These panels are being used politically these days. They should be turned into a neutral body for better utilisation of these institutions,” the AAP chief advised a press convention.

On Friday morning, Gazala, in connivance with the principal of Sarvodaya Kanya Vidayalaya in Shastri Park, requested the woman college students to rearrange some desks on the college entrance and pasted a big poster of Sisodia on the primary gate, in keeping with the FIR.

The BJP on Thursday claimed that the Delhi authorities had arrange “I love Manish Sisodia” desks in state-run colleges to rally assist for the arrested chief, a cost denied by the AAP dispensation.

A case was registered towards Gazala underneath part 3 of the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Public Property Act, police stated. The principal is in-charge of the varsity and offered the desks, the FIR stated.
