New Delhi: BJP MP Manoj Tiwari on Wednesday claimed that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was `conspiring` towards his former deputy Manish Sisodia at Tihar jail, which comes inside the useful ambit of the Delhi authorities.
