New Delhi: Svayam, working to advertise dignity for individuals with lowered mobility, has signed a Memorandum of Association with the National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC) Foundation for Accessible Family Toilet (AFT). Savitri Devi Jindal, Chairperson Jindal Group, Aarti Jindal, Sminu Jindal, Founder – Chairperson of Svayam and MD Jindal SAW ltd., Rajesh Aggarwal, Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Dr. D. N. Sharma, Trustee of NHFDC Foundation, Dr. SCL Gupta, Vice President of NHFDC Foundation and Arjan Batra inaugurated the occasion held in India Habitat Centre on March 27 2023.
Svayam additionally launched Accessibility Awareness Week to teach concerning the accessibility challenges for individuals with lowered mobility and to empower people.
