VARANASI: A resort administration in Varanasi eliminated the baggage of Bihar minister Tej Pratap Yadav from his room in his absence, when he had gone for ‘darshan’, police stated on Saturday. Police stated the minister’s private assistant, Vishal Sinha, has filed a criticism, saying opening the room allotted to the minister and touching his belongings was not protected from the safety standpoint.

Sinha stated when Yadav returned to the resort on Friday evening, he discovered his baggage on the reception. Additional Commissioner of Police Santosh Singh stated the resort administration advised the police {that a} shut aide of the Bihar surroundings and forest minister had acquired the room booked for in the future, on April 6.

The resort administration didn’t know for whom the room was booked, Singh stated.

The subsequent day, April 7, the resort room was booked by another person. But Yadav went for ‘darshan’ and one in every of his attendants remained on the resort. The administration waited for Yadav to return for a very long time. Subsequently, his belongings had been stored on the reception, Singh stated.
