A zipline facility was inaugurated at Raja Seat gardens in Madikeri, one of many favorite locations of vacationers visiting Kodagu.
The addition of an journey sports activities facility like a zipline is predicted so as to add to the attraction of Raja Seat.
Deputy Commissioner of Kodagu B.C. Sateesha and Additional Superintendent of Kodagu District Police Okay.S. Sundar Raj inaugurated the zipline on Tuesday by taking a journey in the journey sports activities facility. The zipline journey via which individuals can slide with a harness extends as much as 310 metres.
Mr. Sateesha urged the authorities to pay sufficient consideration to security facets and acquire a certificates from General Thimayya National Academy of Adventure. He directed the Horticulture Department officers to make sure that full compliance of the rules issued by the Academy for apply of journey sports activities.
Deputy Director of Horticulture Department H.R. Nayak stated the zipline facility can be operated in partnership with a personal participant from Bengaluru, which is able to handle the facility for the following 5 years. Each journey prices ₹300. Senior Horticulture Department officers and Nirmithi Kendra engineers had been current on the event.
