NEW DELHI: A day after Bharatiya Janata Party launched its first checklist of candidates for the upcoming Karnataka Assembly polls, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday held a high-level assembly with the get together`s high brass in New Delhi. State Minister R Ashoka will contest from two seats- Padmanabhanagar and Kanakapura. He is pitted towards Karnataka Congress chief DK Shivakumar in Kanakapura. BJP basic secretary CT Ravi will contest from Chikmagalur. V Somanna will contest towards Congress chief Siddaramaiah from Varuna seat. V Somanna may even contest from Chamarajanagar seat.
