The Bruce Lee Estate has partnered with Shibuya, an NFT-driven video platform, to create a Web3 presence for the late martial artist and actor. In a traditional video interview clip shared on social media, Lee transforms from stay footage into an anime-style rendition. An open version Ethereum NFT known as “House of Lee: Genesis” has been made out there by Shibuya.
The hand-drawn paintings of Lee is created by Emily “pplpleasr” Yang and was designed in collaboration with Shannon Lee, Bruce Lee’s daughter and the founder and president of the Bruce Lee Estate. The NFT is being bought for 0.008 ETH every or round $15 and is billed as a “ticket to the House of Lee.” The mint ends on Friday, and no additional plans for the NFT’s utility or future have been disclosed.
This launch marks the primary stage in an ongoing Web3 collaboration between Shibuya and the Bruce Lee Estate.
