Hospitality know-how agency OYO on Thursday mentioned it is going to add 50 new properties in Ayodhya in 2023 beneath a collaboration with Ayodhya Development Authority and Uttar Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation.
Out of the 50 new properties to be added in Ayodhya, about 25 will probably be homestays run by owners and 25 will probably be small and medium accommodations with 10 to 20 rooms every, the corporate mentioned in an announcement.
OYO at the moment has round 5 properties in Ayodhya.
The firm mentioned it’s collaborating with Ayodhya Development Authority and Uttar Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation for its enlargement plans in Ayodhya.
OYO Chief Merchant Officer Anuj Tejpal mentioned the corporate made a “robust expansion plan” for Ayodhya after a number of rounds of conferences with the federal government to perceive their key necessities and issues.
“We have started onboarding homestays already. Ayodhya is the top spiritual city in our plans of expanding OYO footprints across major religious corridors in India,” Mr. Tejpal added.
