Markets climb in early trade on buying in Reliance Industries, IT stocks

Equity benchmark indices climbed in early trade on April 21 amid buying in index main Reliance Industries and IT counters.

The 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 134 factors to 59,766.37 in early trade. The broader NSE Nifty superior 36.4 factors to 17,660.85.

Among the Sensex corporations, HCL Technologies emerged as the largest gainer, climbing almost 2% in early offers. HCL Technologies on Thursday posted a ten.85% improve in consolidated web revenue to ₹3,983 crore for the fourth quarter of 2022-23.

Kotak Mahindra Bank, IndusInd Bank, Asian Paints, Titan, Wipro, Infosys, Sun Pharma, Tata Consultancy Services, Bajaj Finance and Reliance Industries had been among the many different winners.

Tata Steel, Tech Mahindra, Maruti, Tata Motors, ExtremelyTech Cement and Larsen & Toubro had been among the many laggards.
