Jammu and Kashmir: An alleged prostitution racket was busted in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday with the arrest of 5 individuals, police stated.
Information was acquired about intercourse racket being operated from Shabir Ahmad War’s home in the Reshipora space of Handwara in the north Kashmir district, a police spokesperson stated.
He stated a raid was carried out on the home and War, his spouse, a intercourse employee and two clients — Rayees Ah Lone, from Rafiabad’s Dangerpora and Bilal Ahmad Sheikh, from Baramulla’s Binner — had been arrested, the spokesperson stated.
On April 3, police had busted one other alleged prostitution racket in a residential space of Srinagar metropolis, and arrested two individuals who had been working it from a rented lodging.
