Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner D.S. Lokesh Kumar has issued suspension order in opposition to the Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), who was responsible for the death of the woman in Kalasiguda on April 29.
Suspension was additionally really useful in opposition to an outsourced work inspector responsible for the incident.
The AEE, M. Thurmalaiah, working in Begumpet division didn’t take protecting measures for the continued works of a VDCC street in the locality. No barricades nor diversion indicators have been supplied on the location, which led to the death, the suspension orders acknowledged.
Further, directions have been issued to the Superintending Engineer of the Secunderabad Zone, to tell the outsourcing company to put the providers of the work inspector B.M. Hari Krishna beneath suspension.
The Commissioner has appointed the Executive Engineer of Khairatabad R. Indira Bai as enquiry officer to analyze into the matter and submit a report back to the upper authorities inside 10 days, for additional motion.
