The Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP authorities in Delhi on Thursday eliminated Secretary of Services Department Ashish More from his submit. Delhi will now present a model of able governance to the entire country,” he mentioned, including that his authorities they “work to organize a lean, skinny, responsive and compassionate authorities”.

He added, “Many government employees and officers will be transferred. Because of the earlier administration, Jal Board payment was stopped and hindrance was made in establishing Mohalla clinics.”

The AAP chief additionally mentioned he may even meet LG VK Saxena to hunt his blessings and help.

Asserting that an elected authorities must have management over the administration, a five-judge structure bench of the apex court docket headed by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud mentioned Delhi has “sui generis (distinctive) character” and refused to agree with the 2019 judgement of Justice Ashok Bhushan that the Delhi government has no power over the issue of services.
