Guwahati: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is all set to launch the Bhagwan Birsa Munda Sido-Kanhu Samman Yatra as part of BJP marketing campaign in West Bengal on Monday (March 15).
The celebration, earlier, disclosed that the target of the yatra is to rejoice the contributions of nice freedom fighters.
“This yatra will be launched by Amit Shah in a massive public meeting in Jhargram,” a BJP chief advised information company PTI. The yatra may also mark union dwelling minister’s second day of West Bengal campaigning for the upcoming meeting elections within the state.
Yesterday, on Sunday, the BJP chief, together with BJP nationwide common secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya and celebration state president Dilip Ghosh, held a vibrant roadshow in West Midnapore district. The roadshow began from native BJP workplace, ‘Premhari Bhavan’ and was concluded at Malancha petrol pump within the city.
Meanwhile, the political atmosphere in West Bengal is getting tense as each the events, BJP and TMC, have began their election campaigns within the state. The meeting elections in West Bengal are scheduled to be held in eight phases. The voting for part 1 for 30 constituencies will happen on March 27, voting for part 2 for 30 constituencies will likely be held on April 1.
The polling for part 3 for 31 seats will happen on April 6, for part 4 for 44 constituencies on April 10, for part 5 for 45 constituencies on April 17, for part 6 for 43 constituencies on April 22, for part 7 for 36 constituencies on April 26 and for part 8 for 35 constituencies on April 29.
