Bill to amend juvenile justice law introduced in Lok Sabha

The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Amendment Bill, 2021 was later introduced by a voice vote.

As per the Cabinet choice, in each district, the district Justice of the Peace and the extra district Justice of the Peace will get the facility to monitor the capabilities of businesses answerable for the implementation of the Act.
