In a stunning incident, a lady and her four-year-old youngster have been allegedly thrown from the first ground of a home by her husband and in-laws in Gurugram. The girl and the kid obtained caught in a web earlier than hitting the bottom.


The incident happed following a home dispute in Sector 12A, police stated on Tuesday.

While the kid was not harm within the incident, the girl Komal Saini sustained accidents and is present process therapy in a hospital, they stated.

Komal, a local of Sonepat, in her police criticism has accused her husband Tejeshwar Saini and her in-laws of making an attempt to homicide her. She married Tejeshwar, a resident of Sector-12A, in 2013 they usually have two youngsters.

According to the criticism, Komal’s husband, her mother-in-law Saroj Saini, brother-in-law Harish, sister-in-law Reena and others abused her. Komal stated Tejeshwar slapped her and pulled her hair when she requested him to cease.

“Soon after, they started beating me and when I tried to call the police, they snatched my mobile from my hand. They also tried to hit me on my head with a sharp weapon but it hit my leg. Later, they pushed me along with my four-year-old son from the first floor,” Komal stated in her criticism.

Injured, Komal took cowl of a automotive and hid within the bushes together with her son, Komal stated.

“My in-laws came down to see me and returned after not finding me. I reached my aunt’s house in Rajeev Nagar with the help of an auto driver,” she stated.

Komal stated she was then rushed to a hospital after which the police have been knowledgeable round 11 pm on Sunday.

Based on the sufferer’s assertion, an FIR was registered at Sector 5A Police Station in opposition to her husband, her in-laws below Sections 323 (inflicting harm), 307 (homicide try), 506 (prison intimidation) and 34 (frequent intention) of the Indian Penal Code on Monday.

“The case is under investigation and the accused will be arrested soon,” sub-inspector Subhash Singh stated.
