UPI-Help: In a bid to strengthen a clear dispute redressal mechanism, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has launched a brand new ‘UPI-Help’ on the BHIM UPI. According to a press release shared by NPCI, the initiative is part of Digi-Help stack by NPCI. The clear redressal mechanism will present a superior and hassle-free expertise on problem decision for the BHIM UPI app customers. UPI Help will assists customers to register complaints on-line via the BHIM UPI app. It can even resolve complaints on-line for person-to-person transactions.
