Mindspace Business Parks REIT, the proprietor and developer of Grade A workplace portfolio, has introduced the appointment of Ramesh Nair as Chief Executive Officer with impact from September 1, 2023. Mr. Nair had beforehand labored with Colliers and JLL India.
It has additionally introduced the elevation of Vinod Rohira from his position as CEO to Board Member of the REIT. In his new capability, Mr. Rohira may also spearhead a bigger position throughout the group as Managing Director and CEO, Commercial Real Estate, Okay Raheja Corp; together with a seat on the Board of the Residential Business of Okay Raheja Corp Homes.
