Koderma: About 50 children and women fell sick in Jharkhand’s Koderma district as a result of suspected food poisoning after eating ‘pani puri’ from a roadside vendor, a well being official stated at the moment (October 21). About 40 children and 10 women suffered from food poisoning after consuming ‘gol gappa’ from a avenue vendor at Gosain Tola below Lokai panchayat on Friday (October 20) night, Additional Chief Medical (*50*) (ACMO), Koderma instructed media.
After consuming ‘gol gappa’ (pani puri) the children and women had problems like vomiting and diarrhoea and have been identified with bacterial an infection, the official stated, including that they have been rushed to Sadar Hospital, Koderma the place they’re below remark for final 24 hours.
The children are within the age group of 9 to fifteen years and their situation is steady, he stated, including that the remaining food objects of the seller have been confiscated and samples have been despatched to Ranchi for testing.
