Former Stray Kids member Kim Woojin has kick-started his highly-anticipated The Moment Tour in India with a bang. The now-soloist made headlines on the Road to Cherry Blossom Festival on Monday, October 23. Fans of the K-pop idol erupted in huge hoots and cheers as Kim Woojin took centre stage on the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi. But the most important spotlight of the live performance arrived when the musician and dancer grooved to a Bollywood hit quantity. Taking audiences unexpectedly, the fascinating second noticed him dancing to the tunes of Shah Rukh Khan’s romantic tune Chaleya from Jawan. Footage of the particular set has gone viral throughout social media platforms.
Donning a plain white tee layered with a blingy jacket and quirky denim, Kim Woojin was accompanied by a bunch of background dancers in black and white outfits. The K-pop star moved gracefully to Bollywood beats, emulating SRK’s strikes and choreography. This has led followers to chant “Woojin won the Chaleya trend” on-line. A barrage of social media customers totally rejoiced upon watching the clip with many even claiming Woojin deserves an Indian identification card. After which, he’s set to journey to Bengaluru to carry out the headline act on the Ok-Wave Festival on October 28. Finally, his Indian tour will finish with yet one more mini-concert and fan meet at Dublin Square, Phoenix Market City Mall, Mumbai on October 29.
