However, as the world turned fashionable after its proximity to the railway station, a neighborhood builder William Douglas transformed the constructing into an artist studio. Last 12 months, the ‘Thin House’ was offered for £855,000 or roughly Rs. 8 crore.

Over the years, its distinctive form has attracted a bunch of holiday makers and worldwide vacationers who stand outdoors the constructing and take its photos. The Google map has marked ‘Thin House’ as a vacationer attraction in London.

This just isn’t the one property that has fetched a big value due to its uncommon form.

In May, the Insider reported that Boston’s well-known Skinny House, which is wedged between two homes, was offered for $1.2 million (roughly 8 crores 66 lakhs). The two-bedroom home has an space of about 1,000 sq. ft. It has a personal backyard and rooftop deck. It is barely 10 ft (3 meters) extensive at its widest level and has 4 tales.
