Odisha road accident: Three individuals have been declared dead and one other obtained injured when a speeding truck hit them in Odisha’s Angul district, police mentioned as we speak (November 17).
The accident happened at Baragapali close to Kishor Nagar on Thursday night time (November 16) when the victims have been standing on the road as their bus (through which they have been travelling) developed a flat tyre. The speeding truck rammed into them and left the spot, a police officer mentioned.
The deceased have been recognized as Nayan Kumar Nayak, Ghanasyam Barik of Jharsuguda district, and Anand Nayak from Sundergarh district.
While two passengers succumbed to accidents at Rairakhol Hospital, one other died whereas present process therapy at Kishorenagar Hospital. The situation of the opposite passenger, Trilochan Nayak, is said to be crucial.
The Kishor Nagar police began an investigation into the incident. After conducting post-mortems, the our bodies might be handed over to their members of the family, the police officer mentioned.
