State-run Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) have introduced a discount in the costs of 19-kilogram industrial LPG (liquefied petroleum gasoline) cylinders in 4 metro cities. Effective from November 16, the costs have been slashed by as much as Rs 57.5 per cylinder.
