The customs division on Sunday arrested six individuals on the Chennai Airport for trying to smuggle gold and overseas forex hidden beneath their hair-wigs. Officials say that the 2 passengers have been making an attempt to smuggle in gold from Dubai.

According to the stories, the officers seized 5.5 kilograms of gold price Rs 2.53 crore and overseas forex price Rs 24 lakh.
