In a surprising incident, a 10-year-old boy – a category 4 student – died after doing sit-ups in a government-run college in Odisha’s Jajpur. The officers on Wednesday mentioned he did sit-ups because the punishment by the trainer on the college.
The sufferer – Rudra Narayan Sethy – a student of Surya Narayan Nodal Upper Primary School at Orali – was seen enjoying with 4 fellow college students on the college premises throughout class hours at 3 pm on Tuesday.
Upon seeing them enjoying, the trainer allegedly ordered them to do sit-ups as punishment.
The eyewitnesses mentioned, Rudra collapsed throughout the sit-ups and his mother and father, who’re residents of close by Orali village in Rasulpur block, have been knowledgeable in regards to the incident.
