New Delhi: On Sunday, the continued rescue mission to free the 41 staff trapped in Uttarakhand’s Uttarkashi’s Silkyara tunnel reached its fifteenth day. The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) initially tried to drill by means of the tunnel to launch the laborers.
