Several Flights Affected As Rain Lashes Delhi, Mumbai | Check Your Flight Status

Several flights to and from New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport have been affected after rain lashed elements of the nationwide capital on Monday night. Flights to and from Mumbai are additionally impacted on account of dangerous climate and air visitors congestion.

Vistara Flights From Kolkata, Guwahati to Delhi Affected

“Flight UK778 from Kolkata to Delhi (CCU-DEL) has been diverted to Lucknow (LKO) due to Air Traffic congestion at Delhi airport and is expected to arrive in Lucknow at 1845 hours,” an announcement by Vistara stated.

“Flight UK742 from Guwahati to Delhi (GAU-DEL) has been diverted to Jaipur (JAI) due to bad weather and air traffic congestion at Delhi airport and is expected to arrive in Jaipur at 1930 hours,” Vistara famous additional.

The airline said that flights to and from Delhi and Mumbai could also be impacted on account of dangerous climate and air visitors congestion.

SpiceJet Flights Delayed Due to ATC Congestion

“We are facing ATC congestion at Delhi (DEL) due to bad weather. All departures/arrivals and their consequential flights might be affected. Passengers are requested to keep a check on their flight status,” an announcement by SpiceJet learn.

IndiGo ‘Regrets Inconvenience Caused’ Due to Delay in Flights

After IndiGo flights to Patna, Lucknow, Jammu and Surat confronted delays on account of dangerous climate, the airline, responding to an X (previously Twitter) put up by a passenger, stated, “Hi, we regret the inconvenience caused. Please know that we try our best to fly on time, however, due to the uncertain nature of our operating factors, our flight schedules get affected. As checked, your flight is delayed due to bad weather at Delhi. We appreciate your patience and hope to serve you better in the future.
