OWINGS MILLS, Md.: Linebacker Josh Bynes, who performed 12 seasons within the NFL and gained a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens, is retiring.

Bynes, who final performed within the NFL when he made seven begins for the Ravens final season, spoke with reporters after Baltimore’s observe Friday. He appeared in 138 regular-season video games.
