With the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issuing contemporary summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for questioning on December 21 in a cash laundering case linked to the alleged excise coverage rip-off, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) at the moment retaliated on the Central authorities saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is afraid of the Delhi Chief Minister.

Please recall the said summons, which is, to say the least, is vague and motivated and I am advised, unsustainable in law.”

Arvind Kejriwal was earlier summoned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in April this 12 months, in reference to the case.
