Hemant Soren arrest: The incidence of chief ministers being arrested in Jharkhand isn’t unprecedented. Since the formation of the state, there have been a complete of six chief ministers. Among them, three have confronted arrest in numerous instances. Additionally, the state has also witnessed the imposition of President’s rule on three events.

Meanwhile, Hemant Soren, the chief president of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), has turn out to be the third chief minister of the state to be arrested. The Enforcement Directorate took him into custody shortly after he resigned from his place in reference to a cash laundering case associated to an alleged land rip-off on Wednesday night time after greater than seven hours of questioning associated to an alleged land fraud case. So far, 14 folks have been arrested within the case.

Shibu Soren
