Odisha: A automotive was seen dragging a bike for at the very least a kilometre in Bhubaneswar. The incident, which passed off on January 31 evening, was caught on digital camera.
In the video, sparks are seen popping out from the automotive as it saved dragging the bike for nearly a kilometer.
