Canadian worldwide Alphonso Davies twisted his knee in Bayern Munich’s 31 win over Borussia Moenchengladbach on Saturday.

MUNICH: Canadian worldwide Alphonso Davies twisted his knee in Bayern Munich’s 3-1 win over Borussia Moenchengladbach on Saturday.

The left again went off within the eighty fifth minute of Saturday’s Bundesliga sport after seeming to harm his left knee.

“He’s twisted his knee and needs to be examined,” Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel mentioned. “I would have no words for it if this happens again as Phonzie is getting back to his form.”

Davies was enjoying his twenty seventh sport of the season for Bayern in all competitions and had scored his first purpose of the season in final week’s 3-2 win over Augsburg. His time at Bayern has repeatedly been interrupted by accidents and sickness.

Tuchel mentioned Bayern hoped to have the injured defender Dayot Upamecano and midfielder Joshua Kimmich again in motion for subsequent week’s sport at league chief Bayer Leverkusen. Neither has performed since being harm in Bayern’s 1-0 win over Union Berlin on Jan. 24. Upamecano broken his thigh muscle in that sport and Kimmich injured his shoulder.

“We’ll definitely try with Upa and Josh. That will be decided in the middle of the week,” Tuchel mentioned.

Upamecano’s damage has meant extra sport time for brand new mortgage signing Eric Dier, who has performed three matches since becoming a member of from Tottenham. The 19-yr-previous Aleksandar Pavlovic has come into midfield rather than Kimmich and scored in his final two video games.
