Union Minister Meenakshi Lekhi on Saturday was seen dropping her cool at a youth conclave organised by a right-wing outfit.
The BJP chief lashed out at a bit of the audience at a conclave in Kozhikode, Kerala for not chanting the “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” slogan regardless of she repeatedly requested them to achieve this.
Irked with the behaviour of the audience, Lekhi requested them whether or not Bharat was not their mom and even steered a lady, who was reluctant to increase the slogan, to go away the venue.
During her concluding speech, the senior BJP chief chanted “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and requested the audience to repeat it.
As the response from the audience was not as anticipated, she requested whether or not Bharat was not their residence.
“Is Bharat only my mother or your mother as well? Tell me…Tell me…Is there any doubt? No doubt?…Enthusiasm needs to be expressed,” the Union Minister of State for External Affairs & Culture mentioned.
She repeated the slogan and mentioned that the response from the left aspect audience was nonetheless poor.
Pointing at a lady within the audience, Lekhi mentioned, “the lady in yellow (dress) can stand up. Don’t look on to the sides. This is how I am going to speak to you. I am going to ask you a straight question. Bharat is not your mother?…Why this attitude?” Lekhi once more chanted Bharat Mata Ki Jai.
The girl was nonetheless standing idle, doing nothing.
“I think you should leave the house,” she mentioned.
