Bengaluru, Feb 23: Skipper Harmanpreet Kaur’s half-century anchored the chase whereas Sajeevan Sajana hit a final-ball six to energy Mumbai Indians to a 4-wicket win over Delhi Capitals of their Women’s Premier League (WPL) match right here on Friday.

Chasing 172, Mumbai Indians fought until the top and with 5 runs to win off the final ball, Sajana hit a six off Alice Capsey to energy the defending champions to victory.

Mumbai Indians completed at 173 for six of their 20 overs.

For Mumbai Indians, skipper Harmanpreet scored 55, whereas wicketkeeper-batter Yastika Bhatia cracked eight fours and two sixes to make 57 from 45 balls. Amelia Kerr (24) placed on 44 important runs for the fourth wicket with Harmanpreet.
