Rising crude oil prices are a cause for concern for the world’s third-largest importer of the commodity, Oil secretary Pankaj Jain stated on April 3.
As a consuming nation, any improve in prices will cause concern and anxiousness, Mr. Jain stated at an business occasion, referring to the “geopolitical premium” in crude prices.
If oil prices proceed to remain greater for a month longer, oil advertising and marketing corporations will take an acceptable choice, the Secretary stated, when requested if there may be a case for growing retail gasoline prices.
