Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT companies firm, has introduced annual wage hikes for its workforce, with high performers receiving double-digit increments. Its Chief HR Officer Milind Lakkad mentioned wage hikes shall be within the vary of 4.5-7 per cent based mostly on efficiency, with excessive-performers receiving double-digit will increase.
