New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi could formally inaugurate the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, which opened to the general public earlier on Thursday within the wake of the issues confronted by the commuters’ courtesy the jam as a result of development of the fast rail undertaking. Know About The Delhi-Meerut Expressway:

1. As promised by the federal government, this expressway will cut back the journey time between Meerut and Delhi to 45 minutes as a substitute of over two hours taken earlier.

3. The first toll plaza is at Dasna on NH-24. This toll plaza, which is round 25 km from Akshardham, is below development now.   • Phase 3 (21 Km Stretch From Dasna to Hapur Bypass)
  • Phase 4 (Dasna to Meerut)

6. If all 4 phases are included then the overall distance is 85 kilometers however this distance can be round 61 kilometers for a passenger going straight from Delhi to Meerut.
