Ahmedabad: Gujarat has ordered the shutdown of offline courses for all authorities and personal colleges in the state till April 30, in view of the alarming COVID-19 scenario in the state.

Earlier, the Vijay Rupani-led authorities had imposed an evening curfew in as many as 20 cities to deal with the rise in the variety of COVID-19 cases. The 10-hour night time curfew can be relevant from 8 pm to 6 am till April 30.

The resolution to impose the night time curfew was taken in the assembly of a core group for coronavirus headed by Chief Minister on April 7.
