New Delhi, Apr 23 (PTI): IT agency HCL Technologies on Friday posted a 6.1 per cent decline in consolidated net revenue to Rs 2,962 crore for the March quarter. The Noida-headquartered agency has additionally introduced a special interim dividend of Rs 10 per share to mark the USD 10 billion annual revenue milestone.
The IT main had registered a net revenue of Rs 3,154 crore within the January-March 2020 quarter, HCL mentioned in a regulatory submitting. Including the influence of a one-time milestone bonus, the corporate’s net revenue for March 2021 quarter was at Rs 2,387 crore.

HCL received 19 new massive offers within the fourth quarter throughout business verticals. The firm has declared a dividend of Rs 6 per share. In addition, the Board has declared a special interim dividend of Rs 10 per share to mark the corporate crossing the USD 10 billion milestone in revenue.
