Congress chief P Chidambaram on Saturday pointed to the scarcity of vaccines and warned the federal government of extra protests if folks have been turned away at hospitals. Chidambaram welcomed the choice to vaccinate all above the age of 18 years from May 1.
“However, we have to caution the government that this decision brings with it huge responsibilities,” he tweeted.
