Actor Randhir Kapoor and her sister Rima Jain, on an enterprise, are requested by the Bombay High Court to find and submit the divorce decree of their late brother Rajiv Kapoor. The siblings have filed a petition stating letters of administration to the property and credit owned by Rajiv. The petition states Rajiv and Aarti Sabharwal received married in 2001 and divorced in 2003.

However, each Randhir and Rima declare that they’re unable to submit the divorce decree since they don’t have a replica of it and being unaware of which household courtroom handed it.

In the method, Senior advocate Sharan Jagtiani, who’s dealing with the case for the siblings, submitted that the HC registry has requested for an authorized copy of the divorce decree. The siblings have sought a dispensation from the regulation to submit the decree.
